Dr. Lee is responsible for analyzing the energy data value chain (oil, natural gas, NGLs, biofuels, refined products and petrochemicals) to develop forecasts and quantitative/analytic models in the Stratas Advisors’ analytics group. He is developing and enhancing forecasting models for global and regional energy demand, supply and prices using an econometrics approach. He is also performing various sensitivity and scenario analyses and high-level analytic or pricing modeling. Prior to joining Stratas Advisors, he worked for GS E&C, a global engineering firm, where he performed market research on pursuing business opportunities in the oil and gas markets by analyzing upstream, midstream and downstream value chains, along with dynamic energy market outlooks. He was responsible for analyzing and reporting energy market fundamentals for global oil and gas markets to support the company’s strategic decision-making process. He earned a bachelor degree from SungKyunKwan University in South Korea and a masters and doctorate from Texas A&M University. |
